Products and availability
All products and brands in this store are fictional demonstration content. Characteristics, dimensions and images are indicative demo descriptions, not substantiated commercial specifications. Availability is checked at ordering and stock is reserved by decreasing it in the order transaction.
Prices, currency and VAT
Displayed prices include VAT. EUR is the base currency; USD, GBP and PLN use fixed demo conversion rates, not live market rates. Delivery and discounts are shown before ordering. Historical order prices and selected currency are retained as recorded. Applicable VAT treatment and tax registrations require owner confirmation.
Orders and contract formation
Guest ordering submits a request and creates a pending order. No card, PayPal or other online payment is collected. The point of binding contract formation and subsequent acceptance procedure must be specified by the seller before trading. An order-received screen is not proof of payment.
Payment
Payment will be handled separately according to future configuration. The seller must provide lawful, clear payment arrangements and required pre-contract information before commercial orders are accepted. No payment method is currently configured.
Delivery
Standard EU delivery is €4.90, estimated 3–6 business days; free on merchandise subtotals strictly over €75. Express is €9.90, estimated 1–3 business days. Eligible destinations and any exceptions are explained on Shipping & Delivery. Mandatory delivery rights and remedies remain applicable.
Cancellation, withdrawal and refunds
Applicable consumers generally have a 14-day withdrawal right. See Returns & Refunds for notice, timing, costs, reimbursement and exceptions. Do not assume that all opened hobby items are excluded. Orders may be cancelled in accordance with applicable law and the final seller procedure.
Consumer rights and complaints
Mandatory legal guarantees and rights for non-conforming goods are not limited by these terms. Submit complaints through the Contact page. The seller must identify any applicable alternative dispute-resolution arrangements and required national complaint information before launch.
Liability and law
Nothing excludes liability where exclusion is unlawful or removes mandatory consumer protections. Applicable governing law and court information must be confirmed before trading, subject to mandatory protections of consumers in their country of residence. These demonstration terms are not a substitute for legal advice.
Reviewing and correcting an order
Before selecting Place Order, check the item quantities, characteristics, currency, discount, delivery option and contact details on the review screen. Use Back to correct information. If an error is discovered afterwards, send a message through the Contact page with the order number as soon as possible. A submitted order cannot be edited directly from the receipt.
Promotion codes
Codes may have a minimum merchandise value, an expiry date and an active period. Eligible discounts and delivery charges are displayed before submission. A code cannot produce a negative order total. Fixed EUR discounts are converted using the selected demo currency rate. Availability of a code does not promise it will remain available indefinitely.
Safe use and supervision
Follow the stated age guidance, tool requirements and care instructions. Small components, blades, adhesives and paints may require appropriate adult supervision and ventilation. The seller must supply accurate safety information for actual commercial goods before launch; demo descriptions are not certified safety instructions.
Access to these terms
You may save or print these terms and your order receipt for reference. The receipt records the submitted order; it is not a VAT invoice, payment confirmation or acceptance of a binding contract. If a provision cannot lawfully apply, mandatory law takes precedence. Last updated: 12 October 2026.

How do I choose a game for my group?
Start with the number of players, the youngest player and the time you have. Filter the collection by players, recommended age and difficulty. Strategy games suit a focused evening; Family & Friends and Card Games are a good starting point for a more relaxed table.
What should I check before starting a hobby kit?
Look at the skill level, estimated build time and required tools on the product page. Make space for a stable work surface and suitable lighting. Small parts, sharp tools, adhesives and paints may need adult supervision and ventilation.
Are these real products and customer reviews?
Portal Games sp. z o.o. is the company identified on this site. The catalog still contains 60 fictional demo products and eight invented catalog brands. Ratings and review counts are illustrative, not verified customer feedback. Sourced photographs illustrate the hobby or type of object; they are not evidence of the exact fictional product or its contents.
Can I save something for later?
Use the heart beside an item to add it to your wishlist. Your wishlist and bag are saved in this browser only. No account is needed, and the lists do not automatically transfer to another device.
Ordering, prices & delivery
Do I need an account, and is payment collected online?
No account is required. Guest checkout collects your contact and delivery details and creates a pending order. No online payment is collected and no card details are requested. Separate payment and contract-acceptance arrangements must be supplied by the owner before commercial use.
Which currencies can I use?
EUR is the base currency. You can also display and order in USD, GBP or PLN using fixed demo exchange rates. The order records your selected currency and the prices at submission; changing your display preference later does not change that receipt. Displayed prices include VAT.
Where do you deliver?
Checkout supports the 27 European Union member states. Actual carrier coverage and any remote-region exclusions must be confirmed by the owner before launch. See Shipping & Delivery for the destination list and delivery information.
How much is delivery?
Standard delivery is €4.90 with an estimated 3–6 business days, and is free when the merchandise subtotal before discounts is strictly over €75. Exactly €75 does not qualify. Express delivery is €9.90 with an estimated 1–3 business days and is not free above the threshold. Charges convert to your selected currency.
How do promotion codes work?
Enter your code at checkout and select Apply. Codes are checked for expiry, active status and minimum spend. The discount and final delivery charge appear before you submit the order. An invalid code does not create an order or collect payment.
Can I change an order after placing it?
Keep your order number and contact the seller promptly through Contact Us. A receipt cannot be edited directly. Stock is checked when an order is submitted; quantities cannot exceed available stock. Dispatch and cancellation arrangements require owner confirmation.
After your order & your privacy
Where is my receipt, and can I print it?
After submitting an order, the thank-you page shows the order number, item quantities, recorded prices, delivery address and totals. Select Print Order to print it or save it as a PDF using your browser. The receipt remains in that browser session and is not proof of payment or a VAT invoice.
Can I return a game or an opened hobby kit?
Applicable EU distance purchases generally have a 14-day withdrawal period. Hobby products are not automatically excluded because their packaging was opened. Lawful exceptions and diminished-value rules may apply. Read Refund Policy and request a confirmed return address from the seller before posting.
What if an item is faulty or missing parts?
Contact the seller with the order number, affected item and a description of the issue. Rights for faulty or non-conforming goods are separate from change-of-mind returns. Mandatory consumer guarantees are not reduced by this store’s policies.
Which cookies and tracking tools are used?
Necessary browser storage remembers your bag, wishlist, currency, cookie preferences and session receipt. Analytics and marketing choices start off, and no optional tracking services are installed. Reopen Cookie Settings in the footer to review or change your choices.
